Our management team bring together expansive International commercial operational parking and consultancy expertise, together with extensive wide-ranging Middle East parking experience.

International experience – UK centric

involving operational management of over 100 car parks of every type, (underground, surface, multi-storey) Airport parking management operations including the major UK Airports (Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Birmingham among others), On-Street parking and valet parking operations.

Developing long-standing partnerships with clients based on conceiving and implementing solutions that meet and exceed our clients expectations.
Working across major cities deploying the latest technologies, focused on serving our clients (government, retail, commercial) and customers to deliver the optimal parking experience.

Middle East experience

over 20 years in region, encompassing off-street car park management operations, car park design and build, design and installation of automated parking payment and guidance systems and On-Street parking management.

Our team’s experience encompasses all facets of parking from consultancy expertise provided to Government and commercial clients in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, Oman, Dubai and Abu Dhabi, through to building, fitting out and operating innovative, properly designed and configured car parks – this includes the first privately funded, public use multi-storey car park in Dubai.
Our team was involved in the establishment of paid parking in Abu Dhabi one of the largest and most technically complex parking projects in the world.
We are unusual, possibly unique in having the In-House capability and resources to conceive, design, build, equip, maintain and operate car parks and related services without needing to engage our sub-contract to others.
